Re: [fast5] optimal diet?

Try, instead, eating a Low Carb High Fat diet.  You still eat veggies...no potatoes or grains. See if that won't work for you.

Here are some links for you to investigate what this diet approach is about:

so what is the optimal diet for fast 5?
i currently eat a high carb, low fat diet, a lot of whole grains, veggies fruits and some form of protein every day. i'm not losing any weight, (and haven't gained at all) not yet, but can i expect to if i keep going? i'm on week 5 of my fast five, and since i'm pretty close to my goal weight, with a few pounds left to go, i have switched into fast five maintenance mode, where i do fast five for the majority of the week, maybe taking the day off on the weekend or so.
i have read that people are having a lot of good experiences with a high fat low carb diet.
what has been working for you?
