I don't have a problem with resentment of the "restriction," but I will say that after 3 weeks I stopped losing weight. I'm still on the FF program, but am on a severe plateau, despite limiting intake to 1400 calories per day, always within my time window. I'm going to give it 2 more weeks, but I'm losing faith.
