Sometimes people argue that the effects of calorie restriction
are what make intermittent fasting work. I think that might
be true, and calorie restriction is being studied.
But most people doing IF, or Fast-5, just eat less without
thinking about it. So how much work is it to do calorie
restriction WITHOUT Fast-5? There is a neat article here:
