I have - went to a lovely, very professional and friendly place. Did a course of cleanses, not just once. My bottom line (pardon the pun) is that it's hugely expensive, that I always felt under subtle pressure to buy more and do more - supplements! - and that it made no difference whatever so far as I can tell.
Then again, I'm healthy.
