[fast5] Re: Wow

That is awesome! Be sure to add those salads before too long though! :) I love eggs, so I should start hard boiling some and keeping them in the fridge for a bedtime snack if I need one. Starch has always been my nemesis. It's the only thing I overeat on. I've been F5ing for over a week now but got frustrated toward the weekend and went off for a few days. That'll teach me to stay off the scale, plus I just finished a cycle and I'm sure water had something to do with it. But I did come to the realization that I've been overdoing it on starch, sometimes sweets after dinner, but always breaking my fast with cereal or bread, just because it's so accessible. I'm going to cut down on the sweets to once a week, and start breaking either by just waiting for dinner or having a protein shake, maybe blended with some fruit, at 5pm instead. I'm going to limit my starch with dinner, eating veggies first, then protein, saving starch for last so I can't eat as much of it (learned that from the Warrior Diet).

Good luck!

Adding up to perhaps 80-100g of carbs per day. Now, this past week, I've eaten about 8 eggs per day and as much fat as I wanted, i.e. butter or coconut oil for scrambling eggs, mayo on hardboiled eggs. I'm getting tired of eggs and will probably allow for other proteins next week, but the way I feel as I do this is nothing short of a revelation.

But I'll probably start adding in a salad per day, perhaps come November. For the moment, I just love this freedom... no hunger, ever! Granted, the food is less than exciting, but the point for me right now is that I'm finally losing weight and that my 19-hour fasting window couldn't be better: I never even think about food. I could carry on fasting much longer, it feels like - and I never felt that way.
