Avacados, nuts, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, olive oil, and organic Feta cheese are things I like in my salads that could up your fat intake. Also, don't be afraid of egg yolks unless you have a problem with cholesterol metabolism. Most folks can digest a couple eggs a day with no rise in LDL.
