I have decided to make my window between 2-7pm. The problem is, I usually exercise in the morning after the kids have gone to school and before it gets too hot to walk the dog. When I get home (sometime around 10am) I'm usually starving and will have something to eat. This morning is my first day on F5 and because I can't eat yet I've gulped down nearly a litre of water. My usual intake is around 2 litres a day. I don't have a problem drinking so much water, since I am a water junkie BUT is it ok to workout and not eat? How does everyone else do with morning exercise?
