So take more if you need it? The thing I like about the Costco
vitamins is that they are plenty affordable. You can add them to
smoothies too.

It's difficult to know how much people really need: calcium gets "used
up" in various body functions (and combines with food). The rest of my
relatives *eat* plenty of calcium and that didn't stop their bones
from getting brittle: but they are all likely gluten intolerant ...
they have the symptoms and it's likely they share my genes. Gluten
intolerant people really don't handle calcium or vit D or vit K right.
So I don't know where the "stats" on these vitamins get set, or how
one should tell how much one needs. Someone (Krispin Sullivan?) was
doing blood tests on patients to figure out their ideal dose.
