| I think its possible! In 20 days I've lost 7 pounds and its alot easier to cope with being hungry and cravings, it wasn't easy at first though so don't give up! Commit yourself to 15 days or something and don't cheat no matter how bad or good you feel. Also I did no exercise to lose the weight but am active at my job, I'm sure you're pretty active too with your new baby, congratulations! Just take it easy, enjoy yourself, don't stress about what you eat too much, whatever you eat enjoy it! I'm currently eating about half my food or more is fruits and vegetables by volume not calories, I don't like to count calories because I love to cook at home and its almost impossible to figure out calories when you make a dish from scratch haha, when I make my plate of food I make sure half is fruit or veggie and I eat them first in case I get too full to finish my plate, I'm thinking of bumping my fruit/veg intake to 2/3 of everything I eat because I love the way they make me feel, I feel so alive and healthy! I wish you luck on your weight loss, and don't give up!
