For years I was taking a cal/mag/D/K/zinc supplement from Costco. It
worked nicely. I'm not taking it at the moment because I'm
experimenting with some other stuff, but it worked. When I got a bone
density scan I was way above average ... and everyone else in my
family has osteo, and I don't do dairy.
