its been twenty days now since I started dieting, I weighed in at 348 pounds. Yay! another 4 pounds in 10 days! My total weight lost is 7 pounds... only 173 more pounds to go lol. I feel good, I'm very happy with how I've been feeling, eating alot of fruit and vegetables. I can tolerate the sensation of hunger now more easily :) good luck everyone!
