I swim in the morning and my window is 1-6pm.. at the beggining I felt very hungry right after the practice because I used to drink a protein shake and I missed it very much, but after some days it´s ok to drink the shake 3 hrs after the practice when my window opens.. maybe you'll be ok after some days of ajustment...
