Thank you for the feedback re: high-good-fat consumption, since I've certainly received a lot of information over the years about how excellent good-fats can be, nutritionally-scientifically speaking. And yes they certainly help with feeling "satisfied." Perhaps I will play with allowing myself more of those good fats.
( Virgin coconut oil is said to have all kinds of amazing qualities... )

I wish I could be an encouragement to you.
I am not on a calorie limiting diet at the moment.
In fact, eating high fat, I'm probably consuming 1700-1800 cals/day.
Now, I'm real close to my maintenance weight.
My main goal now is to control blood sugar.
But to not be hungry all day or gorge during my eating window is also very
important to me.
I am getting leaner all the time.
I'm talking, 70-80% of my calories are coming from good fat sources: egg
yolks, coconut oil, avocados, butter, heavy cream....
