Hello,
At many points of my life I have fasted. The first time I did it I would fast from the time I woke up until about 6 pm then eat dinner and snacks if I was still hungry, I lost a lot of weight. This was when I was about 17. I am now 27. I have repeated that a few more times in my life with success, but now I don't know what's happening. When i discovered fast 5 a few months ago, it worked very well, but then when I stopped, my weight came back with a vengeance. I mean fast. I don;t know if it's because I was NOT working out, but I got really really soft. Then I tried to start fasting again and it seemed the weight just did not budge, so I stopped. I am doing it now, and I am not loosing. So, please, can this slow my metabolism???
But, then I think maybe I am not eating the right foods after the fast. I literrally eat from 6pm until I sleep and I must admit I have been very uncomfortably full when I do sleep. I feel so terrible because I just want to eat EVERYTHING I can before my fast begins again. I literally eat good and bad food. But there is no way that I eat up to 2500 calories when I do this, not even 2000, so why am I not loosing?
Can stopping and starting this program effect the results, I mean mess up my metabolism?
How do you eat when you break the fats? I mean can anyone give me tips on getting the best results??? I mean exercise, what to eat after?
Thank you so much.
