You may be interested in googling 'raw paleo diet'... these people live
on just grass-fed animal products, mostly raw, and are fabulously
healthy. Their argument is that humans have eaten that way for 2 million
years. Most of the food we eat now: grains, dairy, juicy fruits and
vegetables, have been consumed for only 10 thousand years, and our
bodies have not evolved to them yet.
