[fast5] Re: Exercise and Fast 5...

Thanks for the info Deanna. I am fine not eating when I get up (never really was an early morning brekky person). I actually seem to function better without breakfast. I never eat before working out. My problem is after I exercise, I get home starving. I guess it's something I'm gonna have to adjust to. Will keep you all updated. :)

PS...You seem packed full of activity. Wish I had half your energy! :)
