I had stopped fasting after 4 days because of the chest pain and nightmares, I still lost 3 pounds in the 10 days. Right now I'm just eating when I'm hungry and making sure that at least half if not more of my meal is fruit or vegetable, currently I am not fasting. Its usually about 4-6 hours between meals. I'm wondering if calorie restriction health benefits still apply if you spread out your food instead of fast? I'm afraid I might be close to diabetes if I don't change my life, I feel sick and jittery when I don't eat right on a regular basis, I've felt really great now that at least half my food is fruit/veg. I feel energetic and full of life
