I just quit weight watchers. I got angry because I got tired of using their "tools" that (online) were decorated with cookie/ice cream ads. I am annoyed with the whole mess. Not to mention when I ate till I was full (**good food** full of fiber - lots of veggies) and I got full I would quit. There were times I was UNDER my points - and they would gripe at me for that. No I am sorry I do not believe my body is going to go into "starvation mode" because I didn't go eat some of the "Weight Watcher" brand crap.
Hi, all. New to the group, on day 3 of semi-gradually easing in to the program. (I've had what ended up being a 7-hour window instead of a 5, but I'm enjoying it!).
I'm curious if anyone is combining Weight Watchers plus the Fast-5 WOE. I'm finding that for me, it's a good check on remembering to eat mostly healthfully in the FF window, and not just shove everything into my face if I have to count the points afterwards. (Conversely, as I get used to the program and eat less, it will help me make sure I'm eating ENOUGH perhaps?)
Weight Watchers by itself just isn't doing it for me, I'm ever so slowly losing, but bouncing back and forth for weeks between the same few pounds. Also, I dislike having to eat for the societally-accepted 3+ times a day- I've often said "ugh I wish I could just eat food pellets so I don't have to figure out what to eat!".
Fast-5 seems to help with that, ha.
