I did Weigh down/Intuitive Eating very successfully before, But I like the Fast-five idea and it has worked well for me the last 2 days.
I am a bit confused on HOW MUCH to eat during the five hour window 5-10 pm. With Intuitive Eating, I would strive to eat only until I was physically full, which was a tiny/small amount of food.
Am I supposed to only eat until I am "full" with fast-five also? I am not the calorie counting type. I do have trouble with binge eating in normal life.
I know that Bert said the overeating is supposed to go away within 2-4 weeks of sticking with it. I would like to strive for the right amount.
Should I just eat until I am comfortably full (during the 5-10 pm) even though it is only a small amount of food? I dont want to go into "starvation mode"
