Heather, thank you so much! This is a learning process.
I ate Rice and beans last night. I had two helpings, and Whoa, I got painfully stuffed. I think
1) My stomach has shrunk
2) I can only eat so much anymore and I dont want anymore
3) It almost seems like the fasting actually decreased my appetite or something. I broke my fast with a glass of V8, and I wasnt really ravenous at that point like I could have been? Kinda wierd.
Another weird thing, is that I have had been thinking about vegtables, almost like a veggie craving. I am a huge sugar addict, so this is really something.
Thanks again for all your help, I will try your suggestions!
