[fast5] Re: Healthy?

I always break my 19 hour fast with an apple or two. After that, I eat whatever I like, but most of it is healthy stuff, like wholegrain bread (very common here in the Netherlands), lots of vegetables (organic) and so on. Only small quantities of pastry, sweets, and potatoe chips. But I won't say no to a plate of pasta with olive oil and parmesan cheese!
