GoOd day to all; today is the first day of the rest of my life. I found fast five by chance; I was tired of all the dieting and forced feedings, down through the years struggling with "eat this...not that" so in short Fast-five peaked my curiousity. before i go on let me tell you a little about myself. I am 5 ft 4 medium frame, and presently weighing 162, go ahead say WOW...lol, but the good thing is, I love to exercise and I love to eat. my favorites..cookies..breads..pies. Now dont get me wrong, I love the good things too! baked sweet potatoes, fruit smoothies, kale, and beets. ok but you know something? I never like eating breakfast since way back when. Growing up i was always inshape..no matter what i ate... weighing 125 never going over 130..in my later years after having a major surgery..I started to climb the weight ladder. the biggest i have ever been was 190 and that was with pregnancy 173 without...so for the last 20 years i have once gotten down to 127 due to another surgery and having being put on a liquid diet. Just last year 2009 I was 147 from working out at the gym...dec of 2009 I stopped working out.. so hard stared eating everything in site and here i sit Jan., 2010 coming in at 162, go ahead say WOW again. so in short I've become a FFer...I'm game...Lets see where it takes me. I will post as often as i can, I wont STOP until i DROP! I'll see YOU! Over the TOP!
