Hello !
I am new to this group and wanted to swing by to say hello !
I have just begun the fast five program today, as a matter of fact my dinner is going on the stove now as I type, so I guess my window will end up being either 5:30-10:30pm or 6-11pm. I keep late hours so this will work well for me.
My name is Vickie and I have just turned 50 in Jan and have spent more years ( decades actually ) than I would like to admit either binging, starving, dieting....everything except any degree of normalcy with regard to food and my body.
I hope this will be the answer to both my weight issues and my out of control cravings.
