welcome and good luck. one of the things i like about fast five is the flexibility. my window is 12 NOON to 5 PM which works well for me. another thing is, if you fall off the FF wagon, don't give up. i think a lot of ppl like myself have started stopped and restarted. even when i stopped, i knew i would try again because i believe it makes a lot of sense. it surprised me that the second time i started was a lot easier. i think it's because i was mentally ready.
