[fast5] Re: Diabetics - shout out!

I do ff and low carb high fat.. and moderate protein.. about once a wk or less
I'll eat something higher in carbs like fried potatoes... or sweet potato ,on Thanksgiving
But I wouldn't touch sugar... all desserts are Sugarfree... I know sugar would set
off cravings...
