This time of year I like to increase my vitamin D levels because even though I walk outside every day I don't get much sun. So I take cod liver oil gels. My window is roughly 4-9pm but I like to pop a few cod liver oil gels first thing in the morning and then again in the evening with my breakfast. Each gel contains 415mg cod liver oil and I usually take 6 at a time. Will this small amount of oil affect the fasted state in the morning? Not so much worried about the weight loss aspect, just the long term fasting health benefits. Thanks.
