I did the test just to see if I ever got into the normal range... if you don't
how are you ever going to know? Dr B say to test only 2 days a wk.. but
that's after knowing what your BSs are normally... and if they are normal
and if you aren't doing anything unusual for you... new activity or new
food...
I would think ff is a new way of eating and how you going to know if it's good
for you and if your BS is going down or going down too low with what
you ate the day before ..if you don't test...
Yesterday around noon I could taste that I was in ketoses .. which I think for
me is a good thing.. because that's when I see a weight loss on the scale..
and I was right .5 loss this morning...
you've got to do what's good for you and your body..
