If I eat in a 5 hr window, I can eat about anything in sight........If I
concentrate on healthy low calorie food, I lose too fast.
With 7 hr window, and trying for healthier food, I am at about 1 lb per week.
(But slipped off wagon this summer, so starting to slowly lose again,,,,,)
