Hi Carolyn
Where I live it's vitually impossible to get raw dairy products. I have in the past managed to get cheese made from raw milk at the local farmer's market but that one type is literally all that's available.
My diet is mostly fruit and veg, some juiced, some in green smoothies, salads etc, some nuts and seeds VOO, VCO etc. I'm still having the very odd piece of meat or fish, maybe about once a week, but that's mainly to use up what's in the freeezer, 'cos I can't afford to throw it out.
I'm also currently reading 'The Daylight Diet' by Paul Nison. He advocates only eating when the sun is up, not when it's dark. There's a lot of explanation about how our digestive sysytems work and how they slow down at night and how, during the night our stomach's should be empty to let the body heal itself. It's totally compatible with Fast5, just means moving my window earlier. Since my window was 5 - 10 and sunset at the moment here is about 3.30pm, I'm not there yet, I'm moving it gradually.
I have to say, with eating earlier, I'm definitley sleeping better and I reckon after the solstice as sunset gets later and my window gets earlier, we should meet up at some point :-)
Cheers
