[fast5] Re: fast 5 ( Helen)

That is true..

When are you doing your FBS? I was doing them within a few minutes of awaking
in the morning... but I'm also wondering with this WOE if it's not better to do it at
least 12hrs after your last meal...
Some nights I only get 5hrs of sleep and some I get 7 or even 8... so of course my
BS would be higher only after 5hrs... I like this WOE because sometime during the
day my BS have to be within "normal" after 19hrs... well, I guess they wouldn't
Have to be normal at all.. but thankfully they are...

Dr Bernstein says that at least 4-5hrs between meals is the best to let the BS(get normal)
on the second insulin release and finish it's job...
