Subject: [fast5] day 5 was tough.... BUT
We went to a church pot luck yesterday, on my 4th day. Pot luck was at 12:30
or so. I wanted to fill a plate and take it home, but instead just went
ahead and ate.
So I didnt eat at my normal time, and today at eating time I was up to 28
hrs fasting! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I could do that
until now. I figure if I can get through that, Im pretty much set into it by
now!
Broke my fast with the tiny bit of left over enchiladas I brought home, and
after about 20 minutes, Im starting to feel like I can make it until hubby
gets home and we can have a meal together.
