Raw milk is straight from the cow/goat. It has not been processed in any way. You may want to start with the Weston A. Price website. It can give you definitions ant point you in the direction of finding raw milk. I live in Ohio and get a lot of my food/milk from a local Amish farmer through a co-op. My family has been drinking raw milk for about 5 years now and we love it.
