No, I'm not a kiwi, but I am a low-carber (and a wine lover, too).
I know exactly what you mean about not telling anyone. Everyone seems to think that you MUST eat at least three meals a day. But what they don't seem to get is that the "breakfast, lunch, dinner" thing is a social custom, not a biological need.
