Helen - I eat low-carb, too. My window is from 5pm to 10pm, but I rarely eat anything past 7.
Marty - Congrats on your loss so far.
Karen - You're right - nothing's worse when dieting than to be unhappy with what you're eating.
Kathryn (love the name - my little granddaughter's too.) I, too, like the "less stress" aspect of this plan.
Yesterday went well for me. I grabbed a quick snack on my way out the door and thought I'd be hungry when I got home at 9:30, but I wasn't, so just went to bed. And didn't wake up with acid reflux - Yay!
Fridays are always tough days for me - and then the weekend. But I'm determined to stick to this.
