[fast5] fast 5

Hi Carol,
It's Great to hear from you and I'm afraid to tell anyone what I am doing also.
I've been doing this since 10/09 and have just told my dh... he hadn't noticed
because I was breaking it on Sat/sun . I did say something to my sister ,who's
been trying to lose weight ..but with calorie control and she read the book on
line and Loves it... she told me she was having trouble not eating all night..
she's a retired shift worker and has still not been able to go to sleep until
2 or 3am...
My window is from 3pm-8pm.. I found out if I eat too late and close to bedtime
that I'm very uncomfortable all night.. and I go to bed now around 9pm .. I've
also been sleeping better doing FF .. I'm able to get 7 or 8hrs all together ... although
some nights aren't good.

BTW... my sister has had a penpal in New Zealand for 50yrs.. they have both visited
each other over the yrs too...

I'm glad you wrote in , I need to hear others experiences with FF...
I haven't lost that much weight in 6wk I've only lost 6lbs (I'm doing lowcarb also)
but sometimes I slip up... so I do know why it hasn't come off faster...
I used to have cream in my morning coffee and I'm also thinking that is what's slowing
down my weight loss too... so this wk I stopped the cream... and I'm doing a straight
19hr fast..

Helen
