[fast5] Hi, everyone!

Thought I'd join your group. I did Fast5 a few months ago and lost 14 lbs in about 6 weeks. But for one reason or another, I lost control. Today, I have not eaten yet and I'm feeling strong - for a change. I will only have time for a quick dinner when I get home from work, as tonight is my bowling night.

I like this WOE because 1)I don't like to eat breakfast, and 2) it's so simple. I don't have to worry about packing a lunch for work, which is great for me. The only problem I'm having today is that I'm feeling a little hungry right now (@ almost 5 pm) I know after a week, I'll be okay, but let me tell you -- I've been totally out of control for the past 2 months, I'm actually afraid to get on the scale. Frankly, I don't need the scale to tell me I've gained weight - my clothes tell me that. Early this morning (about 3-ish) I woke up with acid reflux for the second morning in a row. So I gave myself a good talking-to. Hope I can stay strong.

I have about 80 lbs to lose, total. My long-term goal is, of course, to lose that 80 lbs by the middle of October when I'm going on a girl-friends' weekend to the Finger Lakes wine region in NY. I'll be setting up some short-term goals over the weekend - and, yes, I will step on that scale before Monday.
