Hi!
I'm new to this.
I fast and then have a meal and after ten minutes I'm full. Then I wait until next day. So what is that? fast-0.6? :D
In the morning/am I have a pot of tea, the same goes for the evening/pm.
This way around eating has given me a really natural and focused experience so far. I like it.
I'm moving my meal back to 5pm, started on 2pm day before yesterday, and 3 pm yesterday. Today was my third day and after a huge meal at 4pm I slept like a baby for two hours. Good for me that I had a day off today. Tomorrow though I work from 7pm til 7 am, night shift. That'll be interesting :)
