[fast5] Re: just getting started

I like the way you put it and I think it specifically applies to me:

With Fast5 it is only a matter of waiting, not denying yourself.

In the past, I didn't do well when trying to "cut back" or decide what or how much I could or should eat. This way of eating has somehow automatically done that for me. I don't eat as much and don't have a lot of cravings. Cravings for me always involved empty calories and lots of them.

And I lost the 4 lbs I gained, so I am back down to my pre-Thanksgiving weight. Yeah!

Oh, I haven't lost a thing, but I am really hoping it will begin to come off soon. I have about 15 pounds to lose. I'm okay with the time it may take, since I don't have to give up anything I like to eat. That was what sold me on the plan. I have an overweight daughter that I am encouraging to go on this plan. She has very little to no willpower when it comes to eating, but I am really hoping that, because nothing is off limits to her, it is only a matter of waiting, not denying herself, that she will adapt well to this.
