[fast5] Re: Day 2-- just joined

You sound like you are going to do just fine...

I get the hunger now and then though the day and then it goes away... even
growling sometimes... I'm learning it's a nice feeling... if I drink some water
or tea it goes away...

I cut out the cream in my morning coffee ...so now really doing a 19hr fast
and I've dropped a lb... maybe I would have anyway but I think it's doing the
fast the right way..

Unfortunately my morning FBS after 10hrs is still a little high . 103 .. does
anyone know how to get the FBS to come down more? or should I just stop
taking them in the morning when I get up and take them after 12hrs or more?
and count them as my FBS
