I guess I am torn between eating low calorie or doing low carb I
have been doing to get my Blood Sugars down.. my sister
eats everything but small amounts of them.. but she's not diabetic
like I am... although I'm more pre diabetic or insulin resistant .
I'd like to lose most of my weight before I extend the amount of hrs
I eat... and as I said I was playing around with the fasting anyway
so have to stop that to lose the weight...
I'm So surprised at myself for being able to fast the length of time I
am.. I've always been so afraid of having hypoglycemic episodes , and
have had those before , so I'd eat every 3-4 hrs as we are all told by
diabetic experts... but since starting low carb I haven't had even a
hint of that problem.. just a head thing I guess... I've always been to
"hungry" to wait more that several hrs to eat...
I love the new "freedom" from making time to eat and preparing the food
and even shopping for it all.. it's amazing how much time and money
goes into food and eating ...
