Now I might considering changing the way you look at things. That is what
I have done........
I may only lose a lb a week, or less, but if I am eating everything I
want, and happy doing so, and thought I could continue eating that way for
the rest of my life, that might be the way to go.
I have just gone back to Fast 5 (I do 7 hrs) and if eating this way can
take the yo-yo out of eating, I think 5 lbs every month or two would
eventually get me where I wanted to go.
It might make a difference, since I only have about 25 or 30 lbs would be
might ulitimate goal................ that slow, steady, and never going
up in weight again would be worth it............
Just a different thought.
