I have no/no forbidden foods, but I make sure that my total day's calories do not exceed 1400 calories.  That includes the soup, the cream in my coffee, the teaspoon of honey, etc.  I eat a lot of baked fish and baked chicken...very little beef...and generous helpings of fruit and veggies.  It's not that hard, since I only eat once a day.  I love having no forbidden foods, and I absolutely enjoy every bite that goes in my mouth!
