I've been doing FAST 5 off and on for approx 18 months now. It really does work, I didn't really have a lot to lose...I started at about 130lbs and I'm down to 108lbs now on a 5'1" frame, I was what people call "skinny fat". I eat mostly healthy food but also allow myself treats as well. I also work out 5 times a week for 30 minutes, a lot less time than I used to spend working out before Fast 5, mainly using bodyweight, kettlebell and TRX exercises, The one thing I have noticed more than anything else is the inch loss as opposed to weight loss, I have lost approx 6% bodyfat which makes a nice compact bodysize. I was a size 8 - 10 and now I'm a 2 - 4 depending on the make of the clothing. I am so much leaner than I was when just watching calories and exercising, thats why I love this WOE, it works very well and still allows me to splurge when I feel the need. My window is from 2:00 pm to 7:00 p.m. and on weekends I usually don't fast completely,
e.g. I'll have cream in my coffee in the mornings as opposed to drinking it black during the week, and I usually make eggs and toast for a small brunch, but I definitely don't go crazy. I am just maintaining now, which is great, I don't really want to lose any more weight, but I am building muscle and still want to lose some more inches.
