[fast5] first post

I've been doing FF since 10/26 and have lost only 5lbs , of course I wish it was
more and of course I know why I haven't...I eat too much
The first wk I'd eat SO much during my window that I'd be stuffed... my overeater
mentality was working.. You know the thing that says "I'm not going to eat until
tomorrow at 3 , so better eat more" .. That has gotten better and I eat Way less food
now.

I continued to do FF over Thanksgiving wkend , except for Sunday... I ate everything
I had left around and not eaten for Thanksgiving... all sugarfree but Way too much.
Even though I eat FF I also eat low carb and moderate protein and high fat..
I'm also trying to control my BS and the best thing is they are within normal at the 19th
hrs... but my morning fasting is elevated .

I've also been cheating doing FF... I started off doing it the right way of total fasting
but I don't like my morning coffee without cream.. so I've been having up to 2oz cream
from 5-8am... Looks like I have to stop that...

Over the Thanksgiving wkend I gained 4lbs... and so got back on FF and my food plan
on Monday/Tues/Weds.. and I'm down the 4lbs I was up... so that's good..

So, this morning I'm not having the cream and I'm doing the FF program the right way..

BTW, my sister started FF 10 days ago and has lost 6lbs , so now I can't let her do better
than me :)
