I came across this diet last evening while "researching" The Warrior Diet by Ori Hofmekler. I think this will possibly fit my personality better. Although I would like to think of myself as "tough" The Warrior Diet seems a little over the top, at least title wise.
So bottom line, a person fasts 19 hours a day, eats during the 5 to 10 window.
I have downloaded the book, but have a hard time reading items off the "net". I noticed there were no "special foods" which I like. Any other advice?
