This same experience is well documented by real dieters writing on the Atkins Diet Bulletin board. If some newbie isn't losing, they all come in and say you are probably not eating enough, in the mistaken belief that everyone has, that eating less will result in quicker and more weight loss. Plenty of them have stalled then re-started to lose by increasing calorie intake. I know it sounds illogical but there you go.
