These are signs of metabolism screwed up, Helena.
Now I probably shouldn't even open my mouth as I don't know much more about
it than that; like, how to fix it....

I'm back to Fast5 today as I read an article last night about a man who has
"Type 2 diabetes and used fasting to bring his blood sugar down.
I found it difficult to fast the 19 hrs when I was weight training but I'm
changing the way I weight train (am going to use the Big Five by Body by
Science) so I won't work out but once/wk or so.
So this week is the perfect time to get back to Fast5 and test my BS to
watch it come back down!

I must admit, I have not ignored hunger. I do 19 hour fasts so long as I
don't get too hungry before 19 hours, which is half the time at the moment.
Feeling hungry because for me it is so much more than just hunger, it is
weakness, jitteriness, shakiness, dizziness, inability to concentrate, which
degenerates into incontrollable trembling.Some days this happens sooner and
other days later.
