regulate your blood sugar / insulin / leptin levels, and Fast5 already
does that regardless of your food choices during your intake window."
I also wish it were true. We are all different. I have chronically
super-high insulin levels and have to do low carb. You say "egardless of
your food choices" but if during my five hours I ate white bread pizza,
fruit juices, potatoes etc I would spike my blood sugar so much I would
feel really ill all the time, and the amount of insulin I would secrete
would plunge my into panic attacks and trembling fits. (This is how I
used to live before I was told food was causing it all.) Too much
insulin causes low blood sugar which in turn causes ravenous hunger,
hence would not be able to fast for 19 hours after eating carbs.
