[fast5] Question about calories.

Hi

i've been doing the warrior diet lately, so i basically eat my main meal at 6:30 pm and have a snack at 8:30 pm and that's it for the day. I am 6'2", 20 yrs old, and weigh 340 lbs, so i want to lose at least 90-100 to start out.

My question is:

Ive been eating around 800-1000 cals for a week every day, but i've heard that you should only make small deficits, because my bmi is like 3000 and i work out every day.


So should I up my calories or not? Thanks.
