So, Bert, you are suggesting that the best and fastest way for me to lose weight is to stop eating altogether.

But later you say: "let your body take care of itself. Let your body determine your calorie intake by respecting and following your appetite, whether it's 0 or 600 or 1400 or even the 2000+ calories a day."

Which is what I am currently doing. I've lost 11lb in a couple of weeks.

So which way is right? Starve or listen to my body and eat?

TSH was read 2 weeks ago and is 2.54. Doc says that is perfect.

"medicines can cause additional weight gain"

I take no meds.
